A one night deposit is required at time of booking.
Payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
If your booking is within thirty (30) of your arrival date, the entire balance is due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
5 Days Prior
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to local check in time 3:00 PM (Mountain Time) on the day of check in.
For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
Check In Day
If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.
Check Out
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
Rates are based upon seasons and are subject to change during holidays and special event weekends.

Directions to Aspen Hollow - Granby, Colorado
* Take Interstate 70 West out of Denver. (If driving Loop 470W, you will hit Interstate 70 at mile marker 260).
* At mile marker exit 232, take US 40 West toward Empire, Winter Park, Granby.* Drive approximately 43 miles, Berthoud Pass, through Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby is next. Turn left at the entrance to Grand Elk, onto Thompson Road (CR 56). City Market is on the left where you turn.
* Go through Grand Elk to hit CR 56. The road turns to gravel and you will cross the 1st cattle guard. Continue until you cross the 2nd cattle guard. This is approximately 2 ½ miles from Hwy 40.
* Continue straight (DO NOT TURN) up the mountain. You will make several sharp curves until you reach the 3rd cattle guard (past 4-5 houses). About 100 yards past the 3rd cattle guard, our drive turns downhill to the right. Our drive is 900 yards long. As you approach the house, turn left (west) to the parking area. There is plenty of room for all cars and trailers.

* Please park in the area on the uphill (west) side of our home.
* Office hours vary, but generally between 4-6 PM and 7-10 AM. Please call if your arrival will be later than 6 PM.
* Breakfast will be served around 8:30 AM. We can accommodate earlier times if requested the evening before. No breakfast will be served after 10 AM. Please leave the dishes. We will clear away.
* If you have an interest in an activity that we can gather information on, please let us know in advance. There are lots of activities in the area that you will enjoy.
* Please remember, we are out in the country. We have lots of snow, a real “mud” season, and wonderful summers. Bring warm clothing year-round to enjoy the great outdoors.
